The Travel Photographer

Photography is my passion. It's the way I found to rediscover nature, wild and human, appreciate its beauty and interpret it in the light of who I am. What I want is to share my interpretation in the hope that it will awaken sensations in you.

The Biggest Fan

I don't wear the camera, but I share with Paulo every moment of each photo. We plan together every single detail of our trips, even if it's down the street. After capturing the photo I project into the writing every sensation it awakens in me. That's what I share.

Villages

Paradises Surrounded by Nature

Small corners, far removed from the more urban world. People full of stories and traditions that stimulate our intellect. A living more connected to nature, purer, and more human. That is everything we feel when lost in valleys or mountains, we come across small clusters of houses and people who, in their simplicity of living, allow us to bring in an image a piece of their paradise in the world.

Mist

A Fascinating Phenomenon

The fog is mystical and attractive to my photographer's eye. It works as a curtain that gently lets you dazzle the beauty of the landscape behind. When thick, it saturates the horizon with blue or white and, as it fades, reveals the intensity of colours, shapes and textures. I don't chase the fog, but it has chased me. I do not mind; our encounters have proved unique, and I want to share them.

Silence

When We Only Hear Our Breath

The snow is falling gently. Mountains are covered in a white blanket as far as the eye can see, trees filled with ice crystals and rivers of frozen water. Nature is in profound silence, only broken by our breathing. Or by a deer that dares to cross the valley. Or by the whistling wind. Or by the pounding of our heart due to our enthusiasm with such a mesmerizing nature.
